Eveready’s Battery Whiz Quiz

Round two of our Battery Whiz Quiz is back and we cannot wait to spoil our awesome Facebook fans for TEN DAYS this month!

Throughout the month, we will be posting battery-related questions. To help inform and educate our wonderful Facebook fans on the benefits and correct usage of our batteries in their devices. By doing this we hope that you will get the most out of our products!

From Monday the 10^th of July until Wednesday, 26^th of July 2017 we want you to keep a look out on our Facebook Page and participate in our fun Battery Whiz Quiz contest.

Each day an entrant who correctly answers the question will be placed into a lucky draw for a chance to WIN 1GB of data!

How to Enter:

1. From the 10^th of July until 26^th of July, we will post a battery related question on our Facebook Page.
2. Each question will be accompanied with a link to our website, which is where you can find the correct answer.
3. When you have found the correct answer, please enter it into the comment section of the Facebook post.

Winner Selection:

• All entrants who answered the question correctly will be placed into a lucky draw, where a winner will be randomly selected.
• All winners will be announced at 9 am the following morning on Facebook and will be asked to direct message their contact information.
• The winner will win 1GB of data, which will be sent to him/her after the closing date of the competition.

Terms and Conditions

• The competition period will be from 10 July 2017 to 26 July 2017. No late entries will be accepted.
• Entrants will be informed of the competition entry method and prizes on the Eveready Facebook page and in a website article.
• Each winner can only win once.
• This competition is only open to South African citizens residing in the country.
• Prizes are not transferable and cannot be deferred or exchanged for cash.
• Prizes will only be issued after the close of the competition.
• Winners may be required to appear on the Eveready social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube), or in printed publications, for which no fee will be payable.
• Eveready (Pty) Ltd and its associate advertising agency/sponsor reserve the right to cancel the competition without any prior notice and at any time, if deemed necessary in their opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of their control.
• In the event of such cancellation, all participants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Eveready (Pty) Ltd, House of York, their employees, agents, partners, sponsors or promoters.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Eveready (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay in delivery of any prizes awarded.

• Eveready (Pty) Ltd will endeavour to contact prize winners for seven days following their names having been drawn. If, however, that person cannot be reached, the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.
• You are providing your contact information only to Eveready (Pty) Ltd and Online Innovations. We ensure that your information will not be shared with any third party applications or companies.
• Please ensure that you provide the correct contact, email and physical address details. For prize delivery - ensure that you provide an address at which someone will be available during office hours.
